#281 Thinner is a regular speed lacquer thinner. Use when the ambient temperature is 50°F to 65°F. Thin Permalac Original, EF 20% when spraying. No thinner will be needed for brushing unless you notice brush strokes or irregularities.
UPS requires an additional hazardous materials fee for one gallon or larger containers. UPS also requires special spill-resistant packaging for one gallon or larger containers. You can avoid these fees if you order in quarts.
