Permalac Thinner #69 is our warm-weather thinner and should be used when the surrounding temperature is between 66-85°F. Since Permalac is a fast-drying lacquer, it is recommended that it be combined with a thinner while being sprayed, or even while being used in hot weather, to prevent it from peeling, webbing or appearing cloudy.
