#281 Thinner is a regular speed lacquer thinner. Thin Permalac up to 50% with #281 to prevent webbing and humidity blush, and to promote flow. For use when ambient temperatures are between 50 and 75°F.
UPS requires an additional hazardous materials fee of $40 for one gallon or larger containers. UPS also requires special spill-resistant packaging for one gallon or larger containers. You can avoid these fees if you order in quarts.
