Permalac SR is a clear, one-part topcoat that is scratch-resistant. This product is compliant with VOC regulations and CA state guidelines. A base layer of Permalac, preferably two coats of Permalac NT or three coats of Permalac Original/EF, is recommended before applying Permalac SR. Once the base layers are done, one coat of Permalac SR is used as a final layer to provide scratch resistance.
