  • This is a VOC-exempt thinner best used with the Permalac NT. Use when the ambient temperature is 55°F to 88°F. When spraying, thin between 20-50%. If the Permalac is drying too quickly, and you notice blush or any other adverse effects, you can reduce this to 30% and add 2-5% of #500 thinner additionally to negate this. When brushing, thin 10% (only if you are noticing brush strokes or irregularities). This is a specially priced 4-quart bundle.
