It should be used to extend flow time and prevent solvent blush when working in high temperatures or high relative dew points. This will make Permalac take around an hour to set up. Use between 2-5%.   • #770 Thinner is a medium-speed lacquer thinner formulated with VOC-exempt solvents. It is designed for use with Permalac EF or Permalac NT and should be used when the ambient temperature is 55°F to 88°F. When spraying, thin between 20-50%. If the Permalac is drying too quickly and you notice blush or any other adverse effects, reduce this to 30% and add 2-5% of #500 thinner to negate this. When brushing, thin 10% (only if you notice brush strokes or irregularities).
