Here is a fantastic, scratch-built Hotrod car with a bare metal exterior. This project contest entry winner designed and built the car (frame, body, suspension, wiring, etc..) in his dad’s personal machine shop. It took 4 years and around 3,500 hours.
The car design was inspired by late 1920’s sedan hotrods, WW2 aircraft, and muscle cars.
