#281 Thinner is a regular-speed lacquer thinner. Use it when the ambient temperature is 50°F to 65°F. Thin Permalac Original, EF 20% when spraying. No thinner will be needed for brushing unless you notice brush strokes or irregularities.
UPS requires an additional hazardous materials fee for one-gallon or larger containers and special spill-resistant packaging. You can avoid these fees if you order in quarts.
