#770 Thinner is a medium speed lacquer thinner formulated with VOC-exempt solvents. Thin the Permalac Original or Permalac EF up to 50% with #770 to prevent webbing and humidity blush, and to promote flow. For use when ambient temperatures are between 55 and 88°F. 55-gallon drum.
