Permalac SR is a clear, one-part topcoat that is scratch-resistant. This product is compliant with VOC regulations and CA state guidelines. A base layer of Permalac, preferably two coats of Permalac NT or three coats of Permalac Original/EF, is recommended before applying Permalac SR. Once the base layers are done, one coat of Permalac SR is used as a final layer to provide scratch resistance. Permalac SR is available in both satin and matte finishes, and each gallon can cover an area of 350 square feet in a single coat. This is a 4-quart bundle. Permalac NT Rose Gold is a low-VOC, rose gold-colored acrylic lacquer coating that dries quickly and is easy to apply. This transparently tinted formula deepens in color with additional coats, combining the exceptional performance of our award-winning Permalac base with an attractive rose gold finish. It transforms any light-colored metal piece into a rose gold-colored appearance. The Permalac NT line offers finishes in semi-gloss, satin, matte, and ultra-flat options. The Permalac Strip Thinner is a blend of solvents designed to dissolve and remove cured Permalac Original, Permalac EF, Permalac NT, and Permalac SR from metal surfaces without marring the substrate. This material is composed of VOC-exempt solvents.
